Description
Eggs take 2.5 to 4 weeks to hatch, depending on the species. The larger the bird, the longer the incubation period generally takes; 2 to 6 eggs are laid, with the female laying one daily. Incubators for incubating eggs are not an essential kit for breeders, but many do use them. All parrot eggs require a temperature of 37°C or lower. It is important to get this right for successful hatching!
All of our eggs are taken from very healthy birds in our aviary and are 100% confirmed by candle testing to be fertile for hatching healthy babies.
